"Regardless of whether it's requesting prepared cod rather than fries or requesting a plate of mixed greens rather than fries, coming in with an arrangement can save you from overdoing it on a minute ago calories.
Try not to eat a full feast just prior to going out to eat, yet do whatever it takes not to be ravenous by the same token.
